The bike is the first thing you should look at..@@ I hope you have friends that can sort some of the stuff for your if you need help while you are looking at the bike. The last thing you should really worry about is the plastics. Primary is FRAME, Engine, Tranny which is hard to tell if clutch is worn out. THen forks, swing arm, wheel and tires. May be breaks and handle bars. Note this, if you see scratchs on alternater(left) or the clutch cover(right) that mean the bike has been dropped.
However, before you even come out and see it, verify that the guy is legit and he has the proper paper work.
