problem with the transmission, noise when the clutch is released
I would like to ask for your advice regarding my CBR600F4. I noticed a problem that manifests itself when the clutch is suddenly released, when the 1st gear is engaged, in such a way that it "bangs" quite a bit in the engine-gearbox. The problem manifests itself every time the clutch is pressed and released. I tried to film it so you can have an idea. Speeds are adjusted smoothly in motion. When N is engaged and gear 1 is engaged, it is necessary to release the clutch slightly, otherwise there is a problem to engage the first gear. The gearbox does not make any strange noises.
I recently removed the oil sump and one of the gear wheels makes a very similar noise - maybe it would help you with the "initial" diagnosis...
Personally, I think it will be a gearbox / maybe some wheel, fork shaft???/
The motorcycle is a CBR 600F4 2001, 47 thousand, a year ago there were lamellas+plates+springs changed at 45 thousand, and the clutch body does not show signs where there could be a problem. Thank you in advance for your reply
