Power Commander sync problem
 

When I installed an old Power Commander with the serial connection to my 02 F4i I could not get it to with my computer. I am thinking its the serial to usb cable interfering with the connection, has anyone else had this problem.

does the power commander have power? if its on the bike turn it on and try. if not i think you need to power it.

Make sure your device manager has the com ports enabled and are running fine, that's what happened with mine.

Well I figured out my problem, I had downloaded the control center program for the USB no the PC3. After I got the correct controller it was very easy, I cant wait to see how it runs this week.
