ok, 1 last thing. the thing I circled in green isnt in your pictures, did you cut it off 1st so that you could get at the rest of the fender to cut in a straight line?

 

Yes, you will have to cut that piece off.
If you look closely at Picture #2 that I posted, you can see two cuts on the left edge that you must dremel, the first is that piece that you have circled in green and the second cut is the straight line that you will be cutting across the entire edge.

Remember, when you cut off that piece you will need some zip-ties to re-locate the rear turn signals and brake light relay to the outside of the tail-frame the way the instructions dictate for the Pimpbikes undertail, the piece that you cut off circled in green used to be that mounting spot.
So have some zip-ties handy.
