ok one question on the cylinder head there are 2 nipples for vacuum 1 under cylinder 1 intake and 1 under cylinder 4 intake, the 1st one goes to the airbox i believe where that censor plugs up to, the otherone idk where it goes please help go take a look at that vaccum line and tell me where it goes please, also when the bike isnt running and the key is on i hit the horn buttom and it doesnt do anythnig and the lights dim with it not on, never happened before and the horn makes a real quiet honk after u let off the button, could be low battery i havtn started it jsut.. let me know please thanks alot

 

Both #1 and #4 vacuum lines plug into the intake box. The MAP sensor (the little gray connector on the left side of the air box) has a vacuum line, but that hose comes from the "T" fitting behind the throttle bodies.
With the battery, I'd try and charge it, and see what it does afterwards.
