Please Help: Lowering Link and Lowering Front
 

I was wondering if any had a write up with specific instructions on how to install a lowering link on a 2006 cbr600f4i and how to lower the triple trees in the front. I just want to be sure that I know exactly how to do it before I purchase the lowering link.
