Im looking to buy a whole new fairing set on ebay. just wondering if those fairings that come from china are a good buy or should I look somewhere else. Im talking about the ones that cost $250 but then charge like $220 to ship. Also if any what should I be looking for when buying them is it just pick a color scheme and go with it, or is there some sort of process

make sure if you do buy them get the ABS plastic ones NOT fiberglass, The fiberglass ones if you paint them "or they are painted" are super thin and flex and cause spiderwebs in your paint and cracking and eventfully will even snap. trust me... abs plastic ones are fine the bright colors sometimes fade.

Ive got a tail from china and only problem I had was a few of the holes didn't line up. A drill slowly walking the whole sideways fixed it. The stock bolt covers it up.

I got mine from Auctmarts on eBay (also I believe a sponsored vendor on this site...) and they look awesome. Took like a month to get them, but they look great. Fit pretty well too
