Alright i will try to get some headers. What kind of headers could i get? Also, what parts would you guys recommend (name brand, sizes, etc.) for the top end build? Thanks alot mikewest, you've been a huge help.

Well for headers since you have a jardine can I would try to source out jardine headers, and i'm dead positive they make them for the f4i. Look for jardines since most headers might not be interchangeable with different slip ons unless your willing to have some fab work done. For camshafts, go with web racing cams you will have to send your cams out for a couple weeks for the hardwelds and regrind, since HRC cams would be hard to procure. Cams should net you 8-10hp, and with a good port and polish and valve job it will definetly increase your power possibly up to 20 - 25%. Nobody makes velocity stacks either except for HRC if you could find them, which will be difficult more than likely. I'll try and dig some more info up as I go since i'm trying to get my ducks in a row for this winter when my engine is getting modded.

the high compression pistons you're talking about...how high does it take it? is it too high to run 93?

you could get your bottom end nikasil coated

^^ thats another thing that i was worried about. I do not want to have to run race fuel all the time but i always run 93 octane. Also, what exactly am i looking for in the pistons? I would all the info. i need because i really don't want to mess this up.

ceramic coat your headers, gut your airbox, and remove the silencers in your intake, bmc filter, ceramic wheel bearings, wouldnt cost much, and you can do most of it your self. almost free power, lol

I just wanted to say... I was reading in Motorcycle USA that the Corona CBR1000rr race bike (200hp) uses a 520 chain.
