PCH Ride through California

PCH Ride through California
So after being on Ginger for 5 months I set out on a road trip with my roommate up and down California. The rules were simple, not to have an itinerary for the week and talk to locals about good stops.
The result was very rewarding. But before I get into the trip I want to break down my gear.
Alpinestars Textile Jacket.
Shoei rf1100 Helmet
Textile, leather and Bilt Full Gauntlet gloves (1 pair each for weather)
Freezout shirt, glove liner and Neck protection
Nike runners cap
Sena SH-10 Communication Device
Kreiga Waterproof Packs, 5 Liter, 20 Liter and 30 Liter
Contour+2 Camera
USB Car Chargers
Cramp Buster Throttle Clip
Prior to leaving, we both installed DC plugs to our rides making sure to install an inline fuse and a switch (as a safety precaution for the battery). This allowed us to keep our phones charged as well as the Contour Camera.
The Route Started as such
Day 1. Leave LA, stop in Santa Barbara at the Savoy Cafe and Deli for breakfast then head up to San Simeon and sleep.
Day 2. Tour Hearst Castle (which was an amazing architectural venture) then go up to PCH to Carmel then Davis. Sleep in Sacramento.
Day 3. Go through 120 into Yosemite, eat lunch then exit via 140. Sleep in Modesto
I have Videos!
Into Yosemite. Parts 1 and 2 -
and
Exiting Yosmite. https://vimeo.com/62830712
Day 4. Go up the 5 to the 101 through 128 and PCH to Fort Bragg. Sleep in Fort Bragg
Day 5. Come down PCH to San Mateo. Sleep.
This ride back was nerve racking. We ended up hitting 20 miles where there was no guard rail and less than 25 ft visibility. Comms came into play here greatly.
Day 6. Return Via 5 to LA.
Nothing Like Droning after a week of 8 hour ride days and uncomfortable beds.
With the Contour+2, I got Live GPS data synced with the videos but uploading through their tool right now is being wonky so for now no GPS data.
