Default Passenger Troubles...

I dont ride too often with a passenger, but the wife just absolutely loves it. My trouble is that I find her in between my seat and her own. Im not very big, and I dont feel the seat very well, so what is it that I need to do to fix this problem, or what is it that she needs to do? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Dude, we gotta see pics of the wife to be able to answer! j/k

My wife doesn't ride too much with me on the 1KRR, but when she does, she braces herself by putting her hands on the tank when we brake. When I accelerate, she has to hang on!

they sell a sort of a plastic cover to put on the seat, which makes it grip more....that should solve the problem.....of course she has to hang on a bit! you find them on ebay for 30 euros more or less, so not too expensive either!

I hear you, I have a 2007 calander taped to the inside of my windshield above the dash to keep track of my lap times.

sportbikes aren't like cruisers for passengers either. The seat is angled much steeper. This is what I tell all my passengers:
- when we accelerate, hold on to me
- when we brake, put your hands against the tank to prevent yourself from sliding down

Just tell her when you are breaking to put her hands on the tank so she dosent slide foward. my girls do it no problem, so she's holding you, you break just put your hands out and brace on the tank, works fine
