So I want to paint my bike...I like the stock setup, but I just want something a little different. Now granted, I can't afford to do this for a few months AT LEAST but what I am trying to do is figure out how I want to do it so in the meantime I can powdercoat and anodize anything I think might fit with the scheme....

here is an idea i thought of...VERY crude....and sorry about the crappy photoshopping, i am just too lazy to do things well...it gives a good idea of what I am looking at roughly....

please feel free to comment on whether you like it, hate it, have ideas to "spruce" it up...or if you know of other bikes with the same color-ish scheme that I might consider....anyways...

i have to figure out what to do so i can price it, save up, and do some things in the meantime...sooooo...everyone have it...let me know what you think...

just so people can have a complete picture, i want to powder the levers, frame, sub, swing, wheels in black chrome from trgcoating and then do the reasets, pegs, stator in mirror black

other things include an exhaust from bootleg with a black midpipe and CF shorty exhaust, red fairing bolts, red chain, etc....well you get the idea....

 

I think that looks good but I would defiantely do red chrome on the rims or red powdercoat

yeah that two toning migh look awesome...hmmmm...

@corys35 - I know it's already red/black and i like it which is why i want to keep the colors...i just want to make it a little "darker" and add some flare to it....this way, you can still tell it's a "red/black" f4i but you know it's not a typical one....dunno.....

i definetly like that, but i would do just a little more red before it fades, and no wings.
