Does anyone have a close-up shot of a painted winshield? I'm going to do that for now (the inside)

Make sure you dont use acryllic based paint, I did that, un knowingly realizing the stock windshield was acryllic it bubbled and stripped most of it fubar

Remember to paint the INSIDE for the best look, unless you have the outside professionally done with clear coat and everything.

Liquid so you did nothing to the outside?---i was to use painters tape around the edges to keep it clean...

Just mask off the front of the screen and paint the underside with a matte black paint. I suggest matte so you cant get glare or anything if a headlight hits the back side just right. Krylon Fusion works really well at adhering to plastic.

With having the underside matte---does the dullness stick out or hardly noticible?---thanks---looks great.

Its glossy on the outside thanks to the plastic. From the underside it looks like any other matte black surface.
