Default Overheating?

So I I didn't have any fairings on my bike and it always rode cool now that I have front fairings on feels like it's runnin a lil hot less im riding like 60mph solid if I'm in traffic I get worried and shut it off, can't read my thermostat cause it has a black ink mark on it, but normally when it gets hot I see a lil dash, any ideas on keeping my motor cool? I live in Texas and heats around 102 atm

The bike will always run hotter in traffic, going slow, or on extremely hot days. They really need the airflow to cool. The little tiny fans take the edge off, but wont cool it down like moving air will.

How hot does it get? Cool days at speed should keep it just under 180, while standing still with the fan on can get to just under 230.

Wish I could tell u the exact heat but like I said my thermostat doesn't display cause the ink is splattered but I can feel the bike idling rough and don't wanna burn up the engine, was wondering if anybody added anything to keep the bikes cooler or suggestions
