DUDE!! how are the cops. i'm planning a trip down this weekend. but i heard that's what time they are in full force. give me some advice on roads!

They about covered it all dude, watch ya speed n ride your ride, and enjoy it, I love it up there. I may ride up sat or sunday not sure yet.

Ace, the cops are ALL OVER the dragon itself. like anywhere between 5-6 at any given time. although I did get one trip down and back w/o seeing a single PO. just stop at the gap, and ask, they will tell you whats up. i highly recomend the CHEROHALA SKYWAY!! i will look up the route numbers when i get a chance. PM me and i'll give you directions to it. we rode that 2 days in a row, twice each day and did not see a SINGLE PO on it. you can definately carry some speed if you want to. more longer sweeping corners than the dragons hairpins. also it gets up to around 6,000 feet, so you get some great views.

 

318 turns in 11 miles. It doesn't get much better than that.
