I feel so lucky to have a motorcycle tech trained buddy who can adjust my carb for me �� . I believe that the more electronics a motorcycle has the more it's prone to corrosion. Just because electronics don't fair too well in the high salt atmosphere near the Pacific Ocean.

When I was a kid in the 70s I remember the discussion always being that a motorcycle with 15,000 miles on it was worn and out and you shouldn't even consider buying it. How things change. I have a Harley with 170k, another with 66k, and people on here are talking about their Hondas which run fine and have 70k. Progress can be wonderful.
