Took my farings off over the weekend and found some evidence of oil leaking on right side by the clutch cover. I bought the bike in Oct w/ 5100 miles on it.

Has anyone else had this or know where it might be coming from?

 

My guess is that brass colored allen "plug". That or the clutch cover itself.

 

My Guess is inbetwen the 3rd and 4thbolt starting from the bottom of the pic. try replacing the gasket. that is where i would start

Try tightening the bolts first

 

Torque the bolts as Stephens said. Clean everything up so you can see where it's leaking from when you run the engine. I once had a hairline crack in the metal of my stator cover that would only show after a ride. Don't forget to check your oil level before you run the engine.
