Taking the plastics off again is the least of your worries when you have oil hitting your back tire on a streetbike. I can't believe you had to ask which to fix first, the oil or the cctl....:icon_doh: |
sorry guys, i didnt know the cct was just a noise. i thought it was something that leads to additional damage. oh and SICK i wasnt going to ride until both were fixed but since the cct is just a noise i can fix the leak and ride, yes!!!

that far front, its possible from the oil cooler

when you pull off your plastics you might be pleasantly surprised. a leak that small is usually just an o ring that needs replaced, or a gasket that can just be tightened. also if you missed the oil fill when adding the oil it would drip down from the same spot so dont be intimidated to find out.

James I hope its just a gasket or o ring and about filling the oil and it dripping, I bought it from a dealer oil change done and I rode it a few times with no leak. I put card board under it and it doesn't leak while cold so I hope its something small!

yea if its the oil cooler, its honestly like 5 gaskets that cost less than a dollar. I just did mines this past winter and it literally took only 20 mins to a half hour to replace. maybe more since you have to take ur plastics and header off. I already had mines off so it was easy access
