Oil chain tensioner

My friend has an 01 f4i and needs to replace his oil chain tensioner. how hard is this to do. and does anyone know where i can find the manual online to do this? thanks

oil chain tensioner? do u mean the cam chain tensioner? and no its not difficult at all it all just depends on how technical you are

If it's the CCTL (cam chain tensioner lifter), which is a common problem on the F4i, here are some instructions:
