o6 f4i wont start
 

i traded a cummins turbo diesel engine for this 2006 600f4i had no body ran fine, i put a body on it and went to ride it when it started runnin funny like it dropped two cylinders for a couple seconds and then died it was runnin on reserve so i went the gas station, got 3 gallons mid-grade dumped it in the bike. i tried starting the bike again and no luck. i know it is not the tip senor it is good fuel pump is working and i pulled tank up checked the throttle bodys for fuel coming in while cranking and it is so im assuming no spark. and i did check all fuses too. any help is appreciated this is my first working on a bike i only have expierence with small engines and cars.

sounds like fuel pressure regulator, it goes bad when a bike sits for a long time with stale gas.

where is the best place to buy parts for these and not the dealer they charge way too much for parts

btw this bike was rode everyday previous to me getting it. it sat only a week while i got the body together, fresh gas before it was parked.

could this problem be the voltage regulator/ rectifier?

ok now ive checked for spark and there is and fuel is spraying into the stacks so now what? could i have a timing issue?

anybody have any ideas?
