o3 f41 fender elimination- how to do it yourself?
 

I was unable to find a how-to for my specific bike, so I thought I'd ask here.
It looks like I'd have to take off and cut a big piece of plastic and then use L-brackets to come down from the top to the license plate, and then re-install the lights, but I dunno.

Also, the key hole(that opens your back seat or "trunk") on my bike is near the license plate, surrounded by plastic, and the lock is damaged and can't be opened with my key, so how can I make it into a little switch?

Any help would be very appreciated. I just got the bike tonight.
