Default O2 Sensor original part brand & number?

I have a CA model, but have been running without the sensor (heater failed on me last year) However, i'm "bored" messing with the fuel table on the power commander to stop the pinging, i'm at the fine tuning part now, but just want to sit back for a while.

Anyway, TLDR; normally Honda use NTK (NGK) sensors on their engines, i can only find the Honda part for the sensor: 36531-MAT-G22

I cannot seem to find who the actual manufacturer is or a part number for it, outside of spending around $160 for a Honda part.

Any ideas?

36531-MAT-G22 SENSOR, OXYGEN $122.53

Otherwise I'll have to look when I get home. I don't remember the non Honda branded one being much cheaper.

Thanks, that's a much better price than i'd seen.

Would love to know who makes it for Honda though, is it NTK do you know?

Yes its NTK on my 06, I just can't see the part number because its screwed in with the numbers between the pipe and bike.

Ahh crap, hmm, i wonder where would have record of this.

I don't doubt the NTK on yours is the same dang sensor for mine (it's not rocket science) I just *cannot* find any reference on the web for it, normally NTK's own site can be used, but even pretending it's an 06 doesn't say they do one.

if it helps, every ntk bike o2 sensor is functionally the same element inside. it's just thread size, wiring (length/configuration), and whether or not it has a heater and/or ground wire.

so really you can take a narrowband from any other bike and just repin it, especially if you have your old plug around. they also make a 'universal' with no plug on the end and plenty of wire.

i wish i had the ntk part number for the real thing, you're right, their site isn't working well right now.

That actually i good info, thank you.

I do have NGK's correct connection as you can look up the CBF1000 sensor. (but i think that model wasn't in the USA?)

No. of Wires
4

Connector Type No.
80

Length
990

Fitting
M18 x 1.5

NTK list that as OZA577-H17 but i don't see that on USA sites, i'm wondering if the same CBR600 RR sensor will just fit?

Alright, so i pulled the failed unit from the exhaust, original NTK part, number is as follows, but i cannot find *ANY* reference to it anywhere on the web

OFD 01-H51

The 5 has a funny sort of lines through it, possibly meaning it's not right, or maybe correcting it to an 8.

Here's the European "decoder" - only one letter doesn't match.
