Normal limit RPM to change gear

I wonder what is your normal limit RPM to change gears when are conmuting or normal use.

Mine is 6.000/7.000 usually, and yours ?

( My bike has only 1.200 miles from factory )

Thanks in advance

yeah yeah, your power sits between 7-12 grand, why would you want to shift before that? if you are talking about a wide open road, with few to no cars around you and you are cruising around 75mph in 6th gear... i hear that. if you live somewhere that traffic rules like in seattle, then i recomend that you keep it in the power band man.

It is fun to shift when you are in the power. Bbut remember the quicker you accelerate in town, the quicker that left turning car comes at you! Be Careful Everyone!

i dont like the 2nd gear too much as its powerful and it makes my CCT vibrate the bike :D

6K seems to be the magic number for me too when cruising around/commuting
