Default noob but i need help

alright i was ridin in the rain. i get to my gfs house and i turn off my bike 5 minutes later i go to put it in her garage and it wont start. all the gauges go up n down like they are supposed to. fuel injection makes the noise its supposed to. i hit the start switch and it turns for like a half second then everything, the tachs all of it just die and restart. is it battery or r/r? or stator? or stator and r/r?
