Exclamation Nitro x fuel commander

Hello everyone ... I was thinking about getting a comander and saw these on ebay ...NITRO X FUEL COMMANDER ... Does anyone have or used one of these... The Problem I am having is my bike is running rich IE .. strong gas smell and it seems to bog down a little in first at the lower rpm .. the other gears seem fine.. I just changed the plugs I was thinking that would fix it but it didnt. Any Ideas ... thanks guys

Does it provide a way to tune the bike? I'm pretty sure anything you plug in needs a map loaded or a screw turned in order to tune the programming - otherwise it will just run funny...
