Nice Oil Filter list

I was searching for a few recommended oil filters for the F4i, and stumbled upon this site

I figured i'd share with you guys, in case someone wanted a good reference. To save you some time the F4i is under the #5 category, so scroll to the bottom section and reference the #5 table.

I already went on Autozone and checked these filters, and they have most of them! Great!

Now i have to figure out which spark plugs to get, any suggestions?

I did some filter research a while back and found out that the OEM Honda filter is constructed very well as opposed to some other manufacturers. Other people swear by the Purolator.

thanks, yeah I'm surprised to see the Honda filter on the not recommended list also. Mobil 1 always seems like a safe bet.

I've used this site for a while, and it's why I buy the cheap Wal-Mart filters as opposed to the K&N's (though I do miss the quick-removal nut.)

This is where I read that Honda OEM filters are good: http://www.tobycreek.org/oil_filters/honda.shtml

At the end of the day who knows if what we read on the web is true. I've used OEM and Purolator and my engine didn't blow up so I guess they are good enough.

For what it's worth I've used mostly OEM Honda filters and my F4i has 40K miles and still runs great.
