Push pistons all the way back into calipers and mount on bike. Go for ride and push front lever so front brakes seat againts the rotor again. Come back and check. If its still hard at that point, its gotta be spacers.

Took it to a mechanic. Said calipers needed rebuilding. Rebuilt, then problem is slightly fixed, but now found out Rotors were bent.

Would you guys mind telling me if these parts are OK that i've ordered?

Rotors:
Amazon Amazon
Brake Pads:
Amazon Amazon

I read that EBC makes good aftermarket stuff... but I am not sure if you guys would know if these parts will fit? My research points to yes.. but still a bit unsure.

Rotors are junk, return them and get OEM. Pads are fine but have very wooden feel with little feedback.

I've had EBC rotors on a few of my old bikes and not had a problem with any of them.

I was thinking of putting the Vee Series Rotors on my 01 F4i later in the year to go with my new EBC brake lines;-)

Nothing wrong with EBC rotors, though I could not tell you if those are the proper ones for your bike.

Thanks guys. Ill install them when I receive them and let you guys know if theres any other issues. After rebuilding calipers and buying new rotors and shoes im hoping that the problem is 99% gone, cuz thats how much my money is gone lmao

EBC is well known to make out of spec rotors, have you all seriously never read about this before??? Hell even their sponsored riders won't use their rotors. Certain pads are great, but rotors no.
Yes new oem is expensive. My rotors are original with 84,000 miles on them, so used seems like a decent option to me as most don't warp and they obviously don't wear out very easy.
