Hey guys. Just wanted to show off some of the latest changes. Nothing but cosmetic stuff really, but hey... It ain't easy bein' cheesy.

The first thing I changed was the signals. I have had my short stalk signal/markers for 2 months now and was waiting to get a spacer that fit right to install them. I never did find anything that worked right so I took my in-box off my desk and made some in about 30 minutes. They turned out really nice and now you can't see the extra hole in the signal space.

 

I also got a Clear Alternatives integrated tail light for $89 shipped. I was getting that all put together and decided to take off my cw fender eliminator kit and put on this black undertail kit that I got a while back. It all turned out really nice. Better than expected. Anyone out there on a 99-00 or 04-06 f4i want a fender eliminator kit, let me know.

Here is a final picture of what the bike looks like for now. I put a nice fresh coat of wax on and put the stock windscreen back on. I took off the sportech double bubble chrome one. Still lookin for a dark smoke speed screen if anyone has one or knows a cheep place to get one.

your f4i looks kinda like mine. I painted just half of the fron black and the tail black. took the cbr stickers off. i think iam going to have them redone in a different font and put then back on.

jdiggity, what kind of undertail is that? I want to put an undertail on my 06, but I want to keep my CA tail light. Yours looks really good. I haven't seen a lot of nice undertails that keep the stock light.

 

I got the undertail on ebay almost a year ago. I was really unhappy with it's apperance so it sat in my garage until this spring when I bought the ca integrated tail light. When I had my tail apart again I played with it a bit and decided that even with the crummy paint job, when it was under the seat you couldn't really tell and it looked way cooler than the stock undertray. So there it is. Anyway, I don't know if the guy is still on ebay or not. It was definatly a home made deal from china. I would not recomed that exprerience to anyone else. I have seen some out there though that keep the stock tail light. The only thing is that you would have to have your local paint shop paint it to match. Or you could get some spray paint and clear coat and do it in your garage for a paint job like is on mine and you really can't tell unless you are looking at it really really close... black is nice that way. with jdig's undertail, i could just rip that fugly fender off right? I don't really want to buy the kit if i don't have to and an undertail would just look good.
