I have a 2001 cbr 600 f4i and my fan is not coming on I have replaced the thermal switch, changed the coolant and checked the fuse the fan comes on when I earth the switch to the fan so it has power any ideas would be appreciated thanks also what temp should fan come on at please

 

Sorry I'm not of much help with electrical problems but my fan kicks on at 220F (104C)...

 

May seem obvious, but I'll ask anyway , but the bike is getting hot enough to turn the fan on right?
doesn't kick on until 110 celsius, about 230 f

 

Yeah the bike reaches temp I have drains and refilled coolant new temp switch and checked fuse and earth but I got it to work it comes on at 108 but bit the bike cuts out then fan stops working and bike won't ride until I unplugged the fan
