Default New fairings.

Here's how the bike sits now:

And here's the new fairings as of yesterday, picture taken by the seller:

By now, they're somewhere between Hong Kong and here. If you're wondering, that's Rosso Corsa, the same red Ferrari uses. I found a local guy to match the tank, rear seat cowl and undertail for $300, so once the fairings get here, those pieces are going to him and from there, it should be a week or so before I have finished pictures. These are Ebay plastics, and I'll let you all know how they fit and who I got them from. Oh, they were $500, shipped, and no extra charge for the custom paint.

no that's the rear cowl with the v shaped piece resting on it goes right behind the front wheel
then if you see the front fender, you'll see it's in the spot that your front seat would be in

lol... sorry for the confusion, guys. The v-shaped piece is the lower cowl ring or whatever... it's the part that goes between the two side pieces and in front of the engine. By seat cowl, I meant a Targa seat cowl. I have one, as well as a Hot Bodies undertail- the one that retains the stock light- and was quoted $300 to match those and the tank with a BC/CC to the rest of the fairings.

And sorry, the Scrambler's not for sale; it's way too much fun. Keep an eye out on Ebay... I see decent examples pop up from time to time for $1500- $2500.

300 seems too much. The collision shops around here advertise a whole car repaint for 209. Sure its the bargain bin paint, and they just shoot over what ever without doing any serious prep, but cummon it takes like 10X more paint to cover a car. I would take a fairing to the local sherwin-williams (or whoever) and have them mix me a QT. ready to spray (already reduced) or put it in some rattle cans, same with the clear coat.
p.s. I wasnt confused...I know what you were talkin about

$300 includes stripping the old paint and wing decals off, as well as prep, too. Around HERE... $300 isn't too bad.
