Just a thought matey, have you put a new ignition switch on and is it after market , that is no PINK wire from the switch

Okay got pump to work on and off as should had to run a ground to frame from the green wire off the tank. But it seems I am getting no spark now and no fi lights blink if I use the aftermarket switch h the pump does not prime so it doesn't have the pink wire in it and mine should be good then? Or will the pump prime and starter roll with a bad ignition?

Hi the trouble with after market ignition switches is that most of them are Chinese and don't carry the built in diode ,which steps down the voltage from 12v to 9v on the Pink wire to the ECU, if the ECU reads 12v the pump wont start, check your ignition switch has the Pink wire to the connector, you can always solder in a diode on the wire that joins to the Pink at the connector or with the use of a small household 9v battery , trick the ECU into thinking its getting the correct voltage

Got the pump to prime by adding extra ground from bike to green wire the pump primes for 3 sec as it should now ever key turn but still no spark and no fi light that I've seen yet. What all can cause a no spark on it?

Have you tried to get any stored faults up by using the diagnosis procedure page 5-6 of your Workshop Manual, could be ECU or Cam pulse Generator, have you checked for spark at the plugs

I checked codes had a bunch I unplugged and plugged back in most connectors and then reset ecu I am getting a code 13 that's injector failure or loose connection right? Will that cause a no start? I did buy a inline spark tester but I don't have spark it seems but only tested on one plug right now

At this stage I would swap the fuel cut relay, and then have a look at the Cam Pulse Generator

I swapped both relays out they both click like they should as far as I can tell. Could the cam pulse be bad and still not code?

https://www.kappabikes.xyz/honda-cbr-600-f4i/failure-codes.html

The link here says its a no start so would the ecu not send spark if the injector or connector is bad?

Have a look here and download the Workshop Manual
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/12...0f4i-2001.html
Can you back probe the PINK wire at the ECU with ignition on to see what voltage you get
