Of course we do. All cali models and all 06's have cats [and 02 sensros] stock.

in the US, I think the feds have recently included motorcycles in the "has to have all the factory emissions (or equivilent) as when bought new" class. i.e. my 98 CBR didn't have a cat converter on it so I don't have to have any with a aftermarket exhaust, BUT if the bike came with a cata convertor it's illegal to remove and not replace it with a cat-equipped aftermarket exhaust.

Note the above, "I Think", I'm pretty sure that's the rules, but I'm nearly positive that, it IS the rule in California.

California models did and 05 and newer also have cat.

mine is 06, it has a cat-removed and o2 sensor-still in.
