New bike and question (pics inside!)

2H Co: Thanks for the advice. I definitely agree with wearing gear. Gloves, jacket, helmet, and I'm looking for some of the Icon pants as well. Going 50 mph, I can only imagine what scraping the pavement would feel like...
Aken: Good point, I'll inspect the tires closely next time I get on. I'd rather not spend the money on new ones right away, but I'll do it if I see something out of the ordinary.
Glitch: Thanks for the offer, but my bike's doing pretty well for now!

my friend looped a 12 o'clock at about 120mph on his r6 and he had full leathers other then pants he had on some kind of text pants and they saved him to a point there was just a small burn through on his *** and a broken finger. so if anything i would say go with atleast text pants no less.

If you are worried about your legs buy yourself some alpinestar or icon leg protectors you can wear under any kind of pants they will help you out a million times better then any pants that are not race leathers. They cost maybe 20 bucks and just look like baseball catchers leg guards. You dont want messed up knees or shins and these will protect you for 20-40 bucks
