New bike pics, just did the undertail

Default New bike pics, just did the undertail

Just did a custom undertail last week and it turned out pretty good. It was a lot of dicking around to get the fit just right but well worth the time. Heres the guide I followed CBRWorld.net - Homemade Fender Eliminator F4i
I used 26 gauge steel instead for the main plate as it's much easier to cut and manipulate compared to 22g. I could do all the cuts with aluminum snips. For the brackets though I used 22g.

where did you get those turn signals. Are they very bright?

Very nice... I, too, followed this guide and used rivets vs nuts/bolts...

Only difference being that I converted to a 954RR taillight in the process

id buy one. i just have my current fender dremeled down. its ok, but this would look way better but i dont have the tools required

I bet you could cut the metal with a Dremel disc pocfoo. I'll let you know, I plan to try tomorrow or Saturday

I got them from Royal Distributing ( Canadian store) but there MotoLED 602's. $37. And ya their very bright.

The tools you need at not expensive man. Snips are around $10 and a riveter is probably $15. I did all the cutting with these:
