Neutral light wont go off
 

A mouse went and chewed few wires on my 2001 F4i. One of them was the neutral light connector (light green wire). I fixed and I see the neutral light but it wont go off when put it in gear. Any suggestions on where/what to look for?

Well first off how did you fix it?? It can only be one of two things. either the mouse chewed it somewhere else down the line and its hitting the frame or something and its grounding out. Othewise pull the neutral switch by the gear shifter (above) and ensure its operation. get some contact cleaner or something of that nature like wd40. switch could be stuck open. there is a testing procedure in the manual but thats pretty much for if it doesnt work at all.
