Need your help here bike wont stay on
 

im new too the forum and got a problem with my bike figured you guys could help me out here

just bought a 2002 cbr f4i from a friend of mine 26k miles beginner bike!! i do kno how to ride lol

the problem is the bike turns on fine but wont stay on you have too hold the start switch for it too stay on if you let go it will shut right of, now my bro sat on the bike and he dropped it but worked perfectly fine after that turned on and everything drove around it was fine!! got back to the house i was pressing the turn signals but the bike didnt come with any so i though it would be shortage of wire? i do have some turn signals but not installed yet!!
-odd things i've noticed: when i turn the key most the lights on the "dash" are on (both blinkers, high beam signal, green neutral signal, and check oil signal). also my headlights wont turn on

sorry for the long post but just wanna get that fixed so i can start riding

p.s i was trying too plug the turn signals in last night and the headlight turned on and everything on the dash was good then went back too the same thing as it was couldnt try starting it the battery drained right after, sorry if i confuse anyone
