Default need torque specs for clutch springs

Hey guys, I've got a nee barnett carbin fiber complete clutch kit i picked up with springs steels and frictions but I need to know the torque specs for the springs. if i remember correctly its 9 ft lb or 9.8 im also doing an ape tensioner today any tips appreciated.

They're 9 lbf∙ft ~ Here's a link with pics: Clutch removal, inspection, and installation explained.
Just don't install the last clutch plate as shown.

Edit: Make sure you have a telescoping magnet for the CCTL install. I guarantee you'll drop a part/tool on the rear of the engine by the shock.
