Need some urgent help with gas tank!
So I just purchased a CBR600 F4i 2006 model off of craigslist
Issue is it has aftermarket fairings and they don't match the tank color!

Is there any type of full tank cover I could get to fix this? Maybe a flat black or silver tank cover?
The price for this bike with 5k miles and clean title was 2600$ by the way. Good deal?
Need some help on getting this bike to look decent!

The question is...
Well the question is.... that a repacement tank, or replacement fairings>? If its the Stock tank, i can't help. If those are the stock fairings, under the seat there is a color code sticker. With that code you would be able to get a pint of paint mixed up to match, and with stickers and work likely have the tank painted for a couple of hundred dollars and it would be mint. There are other ways to look up the color code provided those are actual honda farings. Option b is to watch for a replacement for about the same price on ebay likely with damage and sell the one you have. Most tank bras will only cover half of the tank. Removing the tank roughing it up and blasting it with paint is cheapest but having your local body shop paint with urethane base / clear paint would serve you better. Tons of options, depending on what you are willing to spend. Hopefully some of the others here will be able to toss you some more helpful ideas.

Both the tank and the plastics are ugly imo, but in my opinion I would just get the tank painted to match the plastics. Depending on where you live it should only cost like $500 which is the same price it would cost for new china plastics.
If you do decide to go new plastics, avoid extreme fairings. It's smarter to spray paint than go with them.
