Question need mod help

So I have been riding for about a year now and I have been to the track once. I have done a few modifications like regearing for more tourque and I installed a steering dampner. I am looking for more possible power and suspension mods that I can do to make my bike more track savy. What are your ideas

Power commander, upgraded fork internals, Ohlins or Penske rear shock, sticky tires.

What would I need for the fork internals? And how do I determine what size rear shock I am going to need?

No idea on the internals, and it all depends on what you want to acheive (harder/softer) the biggest thing in my book is tires. If you slide even a little going around corners you can fall, or lose power, and power means time.

Honestly I wouldn't upgrade anything, I'd get your suspension tuned by someone at the track for your optimal riding style, and then keep doing track days. Experience will make you a far better rider than the bike will. Get better, and you can beat guys on brand new 1000cc bikes on a 250cc bike...
