Default Need ideas/opinions

So I recently got back a couple of promotional cards which expire pretty soon. So what better to use them on than stuff for my bike, right?

Im trying to debate if i should get the 520 or 525 kit or if i should just go -1 in front...I have been searching the forums but also would like some input from you guys so i can get some quick feedback...there's too many options and i am having trouble trying to decide what to do.

Thanks guys

the 525 will last longer...
normal street use get the 525 and steel sprockets...
if you are racing get the 520 with aluminum sprockets, to save on weight.....

just my .02

Its really yoru call, 520 will be lighter so the less rotoating mass you have the lighter your bike will be. so if having a few lbs shaved off trips your trigger than thats what you'll want to do. If you want a beefy stout chain that will last a little longer than go with the 525.

Everyone has their own opinion on chain sizes and master links and stuff but i runa 520 on my stuntbike, its got a ton of clutchups on it and i run clip master hand have never had a problem so like i said its really your own preference!

if you go down one in the front, it will change your speedometer, so youll need a speedohealer

yes....you are correct going down 1 in the front you might have to take out a link...but should work with stock size...
it will also raise your rpm's on high way...

The weight savings of a 520 kit are insignificant to 99% of street riders.
