ebay, ebay, and umm ebay. Got my front and rear set for $80 shipped. It's a must when working on bikes. And make sure you get the paddock swingarm version vs the spool version.
I have the BikeTek Stands that are reviewed here only that i have the fork stand on the front not the tripple tree stand.

Have access to a welder? Get some square tube (maybe $10) and build your own. http://cbrworld.net/forums/thread/837.aspx

You should try craigslist to save on shipping. You can find a good used one for about 40 bucks. A swingarm doesn't have to be brand new or look good. It's not like you're going to show it off. Just as long as it does its job. If you buy locally, you could even bring the bike over and try it out before you buy.
