how did you round it off? did you use the wrong size wrench?

several ways to get it off, vice grips, or a dremel tool, or both

you could go to a hardware store, and buy the bolt, if you know the size, length, and thread pitch, and grade of bolt, and hope
you got the right thing becuase your life could depend on it.

or, I would just call down to Honda and spend the $5-$10 on the RIGHT bolt.

Easy-out's work nicely, but you're going to trash the bolt.

http://cgi.ebay.com/5-PC-SPIRAL-EASY...QQcmdZViewItem

just for picture purposes--no idea if the seller is legit or not.

You could use a dremel and cut a phillips screw driver pattern in the head of the bolt. I've removed bolts this way. Umm... I've also drilled the head of a bolt off. But I would start with the channel locks first.

must have used a 12point socket, on very tight bolts you should use a 6point, there is more surface contact from the socket/wrench to the bolt/nut so there is less chance of rounding it off......I would try to hammer a 6 point socket onto it.....squirt some PB Blaster into your clipon also......and I got that f4iclutchcable guide that I bought also, works excellent best 12bux I have spent on it yet
