Thanks guys, yeah the boys is what keeps my head on straight when riding. Still am game for opening it up and all but only when all conditions are right!

 

How much work is it to keep the rims clean?

I would like the rims on mine, but they look like a lot of upkeep.

 

wdhigh, no different to me from the stock black ones. It's a lot smoother finish so things wipe off easier in my opinion. I've got one of those rollstands and just use paper towels. Once in a while I use Mothers chrome polish so things don't stick to them as much.

 

Yeah if anything.....the chrome would be easier to clean

Use some chrome cleaner to polish them up when they get spotty or some soap/water when a little dirty and some windex for quick touch ups!

The stock black wheels are powdercoated black and have a rough surface and are a little tuff to clean at times.

 

I have the same bike with stock wheels. I love your chromes!!!![sm=drooldude.gif]

 

Thanks, yeah for our bike color it makes a BIG difference IMO. I noticed in your sig you list a throttle rocker. What is that?
