another question---just curious, do the blinkers stay on a dim setting while the running lights are on?

does the plate light shine the plate up well?

thanks

The lock install kinda sucks.. it needs a shorter wire.. but mine just sits in there and it works fine i just haven't secured it down. I had to try a couple things with the lock before i actually installed the undertail. The blinkers stay bright then just blink when they are on. The plate light is good. These lights have to be hot glued in so make sure you have that.. i just had someone tell me when the light was the brightest on plate, glued it, and held it for awhile. It wasn't a difficult install just take your time and glue them in secure... There ARE a lot of wires so make sure you keep them organized and zip tie...

The painted ones MAY have them in there... i ordered the unpainted so it makes since they wouldn't put them in ... overall though the fit, quality and over all look.. are A+

IMO opinion tire huggers are ugly but i'm wondering if i should protect this awesome undertail from the elements....some people dont realize the thought that us riders put into our bikes lol.

Haha I know.. my gf is always like your on your forum again!!!... not understanding that this site takes the place of a 75$/hour mechanic. and a community of people that have the same interests as you... its priceless... anyways... mine does a couple of chips from the road... you could always get the tire hugger and paint it flat black to "blend" in more.. its a possible winter job for me... kinda like the 600RR's tire hugger..check it out
