Default this might be dumb, but I want to know, rear brake pad

I was wondering what would be the best brake pads to get for my bike, it's a 01 F4i I was looking at different pads and what's the difference between the sintered and the organic, which one is better, I'm only needing a rear pad, but I'm unsure of which to order

The sintered have more bite, but really get what ever. It has more rear brake than you can use. This winter I'm going to grid material away on the rear bades to make them less touchy in hard braking.

rod, why dont you just adjust the rear break or drain a bit of fluid? taking out the pads sees a bit a extreme.

Planed on adjusting it down before I did it, but what would fuild do? It either has enough fuild to actuate without sucking air or doesn't. I am I missing something. I personly have never ground pads, but I'm certainly not the first to do it. Not sure I would call extreme. What I like about the idea is that you have more pedal between just on and lock up.

Factory pads will be fine.

As far as grinding the rear pad down. Its not gonna change the way the brakes feel..Just gonna shorten the pad life.
Being touchy can be caused by a few things 1)type of pad material 2) adjustment of the brake pedal 3) force being used .

I personally think my rear isnt touchy enough..Upgrading my lines to SS to keep the pressure where i want it (at the pad).
