melted stator wires....
 

if the wires on the stator are melted does this means the stator does not work any more or just need to fix the melted cables????????

I can't say for sure but I would say your stator is fried. Wires don't melt for no reason. Now your going to have to fix the wires anyway so you might want to try that first cause that's the cheap fix. If it works then bingo. If not then change your stator.
