Does this hole look too big? I couldn'tget a definative answer on what size to make it and went with the standard 2". Worse case I'll get rid of the LSL's and pop insome Vortex sliders.

 

I have never seen those sliders. the hole does look kinda big for that slim stand-off. Do you have to remove them to take the fairing off?

just from first impression, I might be concerned that bolt would bend in the event that it actually makes contact with something. Or worse, snap off, but it may be just the angle.

 

Yeah I will have to take out the slider to remove the bodywork. Not a big deal, just one bolt. LSL are supposed to be hard core racing sliders so I'd hope they will hold up in a crash.

 

yea i used a 2" hole with my frame sliders but with those kind the hole does look a little big but not bad

 

The hole does look big in the pic that you took. But I think its the angle. Judging by the size of the actual puck itself, from a direct side view, you probably cant even see the whole!!!

 

Thats what I was thinking. I figure the puck would hide the hole for the most part. Never seen those!
