lowered f4i through dogbone

I recently purchased my bike from a lady that was about 5'7 and weighed 110lbs.
I do not know if she messed with the stock settings of the suspension, all I know is she had it lowered and did it by chaning the dogbone/wishbone. She did say that at the moment the suspension settings were set for 100-130lbs.

I am 5'10 and weigh 165.

I know that in the owners manual it states how to return the suspension settings to stock, but considering this bike has a different dogbone/wishbone I do not know what to do.

help please

The lowered ride height is gonna change the handling. Even setting the suspension to stock will not return the stock performance.

You're gonnaa have to play with things to find what feels right to you.

I am just worried that I weight too much for it now, is that a problem?

Also in the near future, how hard is it to change a dogbone, what type of stands will I need?

The dogbone on my bike now might have two settings, -3 and -1. Not sure but a lowered bike usually has less handling ability right? Any downsides or upsides to having a lowered bike?

Can't use stands when changing the dogbone. Can't have load on the swingarm.

Ive read in other threads that they place some of the weight on the exhaust through a jack, any other methods?
