On the fuel cut off relay there are 4 wires.....Brown,black white x2 and brown black.
Which one of these wires carry power and which are ground wires?
The brown wire receives power from the black and white wire that comes from the engine cut off relay which receives it's power from the red and white wire from the battery.....So I tested the Brown wire on the Fuel Relay which according to the Diagram should be hot.....I am getting nothing 0 Volts out which leads to the fuel pump. So this leads me to think that the ECU is not giving the ground relay to the Fuel relay which is a direct link to ignition coils.....If this is the case then I think I solved my issue.
Cliff note: Brown Black wire from ECU might not be giving signal to relay which is not giving signal to ignition coils.
Anyone know a good way to test this? Every other options have been checked triple checked and checked again and they all show working order.

Ok maybe this will help?
ecu hooked up and key on and stop switch on
fuel stop relay
Brown 0v
brown black 13.21v
2 black white 13.35 V / 13.35 V
Fuel pump hot wire 11.74 V
Zerner Diode 8.5 V direct test from diode and off ECU "pink wire"
BAS 0.45V
Headlights Connected
Kill switch is working order...which we can tell by power is going to pump but not priming unless we direct ground from relay.
Even with direct ground from relay I can not get the bike to ignite
All of this was done while charger was connected to battery.

This really feels like a ecu now, the fuel pump relay has no ground which is likely controlled by the computer you can bypass that but, the also controls the ground side of the injectors and if its at fault you will never have the bike run. I would check the injectors while cranking for voltage drop

Checked the Plugs and also checked with a DMM Multimeter. No power being supplied to the plugs. I been researching as much as possble about checking the other parts of the ignition, like the pulse generator but the service books does not tell me much of how many ohms or volts to check for. Guess I am on the search for a ECU...Have no clue how it fried but so far I am only 500$ deep on the bike so far. She has potential and will and shall run again soon! New fairings have been ordered...has new chain.

so what's going on? you had spark and now you don't? fuel pump does not primp on it's own? Is the condition of the wires connect to the Ignition Pulse Generator good?
Also, the ignition pulse generator does not effect the fuel pump's ability to prime. before you buy another ECU, pay someone like $20 to test it. Get a friend or someone on craiglist who is selling their F4i.
