Default loosening triple tree, will help?

i noticed the nose of the bike is facing little left and the the handlebars to the right (well of course)

what do i need to change to get the alignment back straight?

handlebar clip-ons or adjusting from triple tree nut?

Do you mean your clip-ons aren't positooed correctly? I would think you set them by the clips bolts

most likely whoever owned your bike b4 you crashed it and the bike slid into a curb

You remember as a kid with a bicycle and you would hop a curve and your handlebars will be out of line with the wheel? and you hopped off and out the wheel between your legs and torqued it until it fixed.

Riding with it like that is pretty dangerous. That being said the way to fix it is yes you must loosen the triple and even them out but just make sure you get it done right if you do it yourself.
