I got my '01 22K for $1500, put about 600 into it, chain/sprockets, tires, brakes, plugs, oil, ect. No matter what you buy, look forward to spending a couple hundo for maintenance, plugs and oil at the very least. Its always a good idea to KNOW when it was done and that it was done right. If its gonna need tires, there's another 300, chain/sprockets another 150ish

 

 

I think you would like an f4i better than an rr, test ride the rr if you can, and compare it to the f4I, when I was in the market for a cbr it was night and day difference if comfort and I think the f4I was more flickable, reminded me of my 09 250r ninja. The f4I is just an amazing bike overall so I would just wait it out and be patient and you will find a good one for a decent price.

i finally found a bike. its a 2002 cbr f4i red/black. it only has 2700 miles on it. i payed $4500 which is a little high, but for the low millage and the condition this bikes in, i didnt mind spending the extra. ill try to get some pictures tomorrow.

The Red/Black is my Favorite color scheme. I couldnt find one when I was looking, so I went with the second best (IMO) the Silver/Black. Although the Blue/Black looks sweet...but hard to find around here.

Get those pics up asap....Always love to see a nice F4i.
